Ministerial Circular No. 161 giving instructions for the implementation of Act No. 1002 of 31 July 1956 on breadmaking.
[摘要] The present Circular specifies the following aspects for the purpose of assuring the proper implementation of Act No. 1002 of 1956: (a) issuance and transfer of licences; (b) opening of new plants for breadmaking; (c) sale of bread outside the province for which the licence has been issued; (d) transformation and transfer of existing plants; (e) temporary duration of the licence; (f) submission of the form for the renewal of the licence by the Chamber of Commerce.
