Ministerial Joint Decree No. 561/2000 amending provisions of the Food Code on chocolate and cocoa products intended for human consumption, in compliance with Commission Directive 2000/36/EC.
[摘要] The present Decree, by inserting the new article 59 to the Food Code, sets forth the parameters for the production and placing on the market of chocolate and cocoa products. The new article follows the structure of Commission Directive 2000/36/EC which makes provisions in matter of these products. In Annex I to this article, are listed down sales names, definitions and characteristics of products such as cocoa butter, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, milk chocolate, etc.
