Law amending Law “On grain market and state grain reserve”.

[摘要] Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Import of grain shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of certificate issued by the competent authority of the exporting state attesting is quality and safety or on case of availability of clearance of border sanitary inspector issued after laboratory testing of grain”.
