[摘要] This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of processing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits, including vending and restrictions imposed thereon. In particular, it establishes licensing of the aforesaid activities and state supervision. Licensing body must verify compliance of the applicant with licensing terms and conditions prior to issuance of licence.
