Ministerial Decree No. 158 validating the Regulation on state hygienic registration of foodstuffs and keeping state registry.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that state hygienic registration of foodstuffs shall be mandatory for legal and natural persons carrying out manufacturing, import and trade of foodstuffs. Hygienic certificate shall be issued for foodstuffs that have passed hygienic registration.
