Ministerial Decree No. 987 validating the Regulation on specific arrangements for inspection of meat for the presence of porkworm.
[摘要] This Ministerial Decree has as its purpose inspection of meat for the presence of porkworm with a view of prevention, exclusion or reduction to acceptable level of risks for human and animal health. Veterinarian surgeon shall obligatorily take meat samples in the course of post-mortem examination of swine at abattoirs. Samples shall be taken from each carcass and shall be examined with the application of one of the following tests: (a) fermentation method; and (b) trichinelloscopic examination.
