Decree No. 5 of the Ministry of Public Health on improving hygienic certification of foodstuffs.
[摘要] This Decree regulates the mandatory certification of the foodstuffs contained in Annex 1. It does not apply to the following foodstuffs: (a) samples imported for hygienic certification or for exhibition; (b) foodstuffs for export, transit or temporary storage; and (c) homemade foodstuffs for personal consumption.
