Commission Regulation (EC) No. 901/2009 concerning a coordinated multiannual Community control programme for 2010, 2011 and 2012 to ensure compliance with maximum levels of and to assess the consumer exposure to pesticide residues in and on food of plant and animal origin.

[摘要] This Regulation sets out a coordinated European Community programme aimed at verifying compliance with maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on food of plant and animal origin. The programme also aims at assessing exposure of consumers to such pesticide residues. Member States shall, during the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 take and analyse samples for the product and pesticide residue combinations as specified in Annex I.
