[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 13.376 on sanitary procedures for artisanal cheese production. Amendments deals with hygiene and sanitary requirements to produce artisanal cheese within the State of Pernambuco, cheese producers' infrastructure, ingredients and veterinary requirements to be satisfied in order to certify cheese products.
