Novel Foods (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (S.S.I. No. 415 of 2017).

[摘要] These Regulations provide for the execution and enforcement in Scotland of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council. They, among other things, make food authorities responsible for the enforcement of the Regulations within their area, define offences, and apply certain provisions of the Food Safety Act 1990 with modifications (section 9 on inspection and seizure of suspected food).
