Ministerial Decree validating Safety Requirements for eggs and egg-based products.
[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes safety requirements for eggs and egg-based products produced on the national territory and imported thereto and destined for alimentary purposes. Safety requirements shall be related to processing, trade, recycling and destruction of eggs and egg-based products. It shall not be applicable to eggs produced in households and homemade egg-based products destined for personal consumption, infant and dietary food, food additives and incubation eggs.
