Ministerial Decree No. 89 validating the arrangements for trade of liquors by public catering.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that trade of liquors by public catering shall be carried out exclusively in accordance with authorization. The decision on issuance of the aforesaid authorization shall be made by special commissions subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers. Fee equal to five minimum monthly wages shall be collected for the issuance of the aforesaid authorization. Authorization shall be issued separately for each retail outlet for the period not exceeding two years. Annex 2 c
