Ministerial Decree No. 257/2010 amending article 36a of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2010/59/EU amending Directive 2009/32/EC on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients.

[摘要] The Table attached to article 36a of the Food Code is amended hereby, in accordance with the Annex to Commission Directive 2010/59/EU amending Directive 2009/32/EC on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients. More specifically, in Part II, the new row regarding Dimethyl ether is inserted. Also, in Part III of the Table, Methanol and Propan-2-ol rows are inserted.
