Food and Drugs (Amendment) Decree 1999 (No. 21 of 1999).

[摘要] This Decree amends the Foods and Drugs Act to provide for the prohibition of sale or advertisement of food as defined in section 7 as treatment for certain diseases including AIDS. The Definition of “inspecting officer” is changed and some provisions prescribing offences amended.
