[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions for state registration of transfer without contract of exclusive rights to trademarks and place of origin of commodities. The applicant shall submit to registration authority the following documentation: (a) application; (b) documentation attesting transfer of exclusive rights without contract; and (c) document attesting payment of dues.
