[摘要] By way of implementation of Directives 2003/60, 2033/62/EC and 2003/69/EC, this Decree lays down particular amendments to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 by establishing: (a) the MRLs to be applied to active substances contained in in phytosanitary products and allowed in the foods referred to in Annex 1, parts A, B, C, D and E of Ministerial Decree of 19 may 2000; (b) minimum safety intervals that must be fulfilled between the last treatment and the harvest; and (c) those uses that shall be r
