Nutritional Quality Guidelines for Foods (21 Code of Federal Regulations; Chapter I, Part 104).
[摘要] This Subpart of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations concerns nutritional quality guidelines for food. A nutritional quality guideline prescribes the minimum level or range of nutrient composition (nutritional quality) appropriate for a given class of food.
