Licensing of Rendering Plants (Consolidated Laws of New York: Agriculture and Markets Law; Article 5−C; §§ 96−x − 96−z−12)
[摘要] This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York provides for licensing of so-called rendering plants in New York. The Article defines such plants as the premises or place where bodies, carcasses or portions thereof of dead, dying, diseased, disabled or condemned animals or inedible meat are received and held for the purpose of burning, processing or rendering or otherwise obtaining the hides, skins, grease or meat therefrom in any manner whatsoever.
