Thuringia Foodstuff and Articles of Daily Use Act Implementation Law.

[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Foodstuff and Articles of Daily Use Act in its version of 9 September 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2296). Article 1 establishes that the competent Ministry is entrusted with the execution of the above-mentioned Act.
