[摘要] This Ordinance, made by the States under section 1 and section 3 of the Export of Tomatoes (Prohibition) (Guernsey) Law, 1981, concerns Prohibition Orders that may be issued by authority against a person convicted of a horticultural offence as defined by the Law.
