Decree No. 420 of 2005 made under the Commodities Act relative to packings and consumer goods.

[摘要] This Decree lays down rules for packing of food and beverages. It specifies standards for contents of substances in packaging material and lays down powers of the Minister to issue further rules and specifications. The Decree contains also some provisions relative to administrative sanctions.
