Decree amending Decree on veterinary and sanitary requirements for animal products not covered by directly applicable regulations of the European Community.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on veterinary and sanitary requirements for animal products not covered by directly applicable regulations of the European Community. In particular the present Decree amends requirements for raw milk (amended art. 13) and establishes the scope of inspection of raw milk to determine the presence of pathogens threatening human health (supplemented art. 13a and Annex 6).
