Environmental Health Services (Boarding and Lodging Houses) Regulations, 2003 (S.R.O. No. 59 of 2003).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 30 of the Environmental Health Services Act, make provision for the registration of boarding and lodging houses by the Chief Environmental Health Officer and prescribe rules for hygienic conditions, also in relation with the handling of food, in such houses. The Regulations provide also for inspections of by Environmental Health Officers or a Medical Officer.
