Technical Regulation “Safety of meat and meat-based products”.
[摘要] This Technical Regulation “Safety of meat and meat-based products” establishes mandatory safety requirements for products of slaughtering and meat products and requirements for the processing, storage, transportation, trade and disposal, as well as labelling and packaging related to meat and meat-based products circulating on the national territory.
