Labelling, Presentation and Advertising of Foodstuffs Regulations 2002 (L.N. No. 5 of 2002).
[摘要] These Regulations concern the labelling of foodstuffs to be delivered as such to the ultimate consumer and certain aspects relating to presentation and advertising. These Regulations apply foodstuffs including milk, food intended for particular nutritional uses and food intended for supply to hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other mass caterers.
