Ministerial Joint Decree No. 87349 on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues of azimsulfuron and prohexadione in and on certain products of animal and plant origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2001/39/EC.

[摘要] According to article 1 to the present Decree, maximum levels of azimsulfuron and prohexadione residues shall be added to Part A, Annex II of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88. In Part B of Annex V to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 new pesticide residue limits are added according to the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree. The contents of the Table of article 3 to this Decree shall be added to Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95.
