Decree of the President of the Province No. 18 on simplified control procedures in the food sector.
[摘要] The present Decree defines the simplified procedure to be followed by food business operators for purposes of control. The procedure aims at ensuring a high level of safety, hygiene and wholesomeness of food products. The HACCP method shall be implemented (art. 4).
