Public Health (Food) Act (Amendment) Order, 2002.

[摘要] In exercise of the power conferred by subsection (3) of section 83 of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, this Order amends section 3 of Chapter 182 of the Public Health (Food) Act as follows: (a) in subsection (1), by deleting "His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan" and by substituting "The Minister" therefore; fb) in subsection (2), by deleting "His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan" and by substituting "The Minister" therefore.
