Decree No. 312 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on organization of wholesale and retail trade.

[摘要] The scope of this Decree shall be to ensure delimitation (separation) between wholesale and retail trade, including packaging and labelling of commodities, and also enforcement of hygiene and sanitary procedures in the process of vending. Wholesale trade shall be regulated by contracts concluded exclusively with legal persons.
