Regulation on method and mode of functioning of National Sanitary Inspection institutions in case of suspicion or detection of inappropriate health quality of foodstuff, permitted additional substances and other food components.
[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes that, in case of suspicion or detection of inappropriate health quality of foodstuffs, the National Sanitary Inspection shall: specify the amount of the foodstuff concerned and the method of storage; protect the foodstuff concerned by marking and using seals or stamps of the National Sanitary Inspection; examine the questioned foodstuff; take samples for laboratory testing purposes; protect documentation
