Decree SFS (2012:1495) amending Decree (1994:1716) relative to fishing, use waters and fish culture.

[摘要] This Decree partly amends Decree (1994:1716) with regard to the Marine and Water Authority which shall provide the Danish Food Agency with data on landing of fish to assess whether notification should be made in accordance with article 7 of Ordinance (2011:1494) on certain fish species from the Baltic Sea region. In particular Chapter 5, article 1b.
