Circular No. 4 on issues related to the food integrators sector: directives and clarifications.

[摘要] The present Ministerial Circular lays down clarifications and recommendations in matter of food integrators, with a view to ensuring the protection of human health, having particular regard to children and pregnant women. Particular attention is given to the advertising and labelling of these food products. The Circular recommends not to use excessive quantities of integrators on the long-run. The labels shall provide all the necessary information related to the ingredients which have been used
