[摘要] The goal and the purpose of the present Law are: a). to promote trade of quality foodstuffs and tobaccos and to protect consumers from spoiled and adulterated products; b). establishment of common requirements and bans, quality indicators for foodstuffs and tobaccos and determination of the role of state institutions in this sphere.
