[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations regarding timber extraction and procurement of non-timber edible and non-edible forest resources and medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs, ensuring the right of citizens to timber extraction for housing construction, fuelwood for heating and other individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without allotment of forest parcels.
