Decree No. 3 of 2010 ((VII. 5.) of the Ministry of Rural Development on data reporting and traceability relative to food production and marketing.

[摘要] This Decree lays down provisions regarding traceability of food marketed in Hungary and data reporting necessary for food safety risk assessment in the food production industry and food marketing using imported foodstuff. The competent authority in this matter is the Central Agricultural Office.
