Regional Law No. 22-5-ZKO “On regulation of retail trade of liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that retail trade and vending of liquors shall be subject to mandatory licensing by the authorized regional state licensing institution. Each trading organization must declare the amount (quantity) of liquors sold on a regular basis.
