[摘要] The Federal High Court or the High Court of a State, as the case may be, shall have jurisdiction to try the offences created under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Decree. Enactments include the Food and Drugs Act and the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control Decree 1993.
