Jam and Similar Products (Wales) Regulations 2004 (W.S.I. No. 553 (W.56) of 2004).

[摘要] These Regulations, which apply to Wales, implement Council Directive 2001/113/EC concerning fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption. They, among other things: prescribe definitions and reserved descriptions for certain specified jam products; restrict the use of reserved descriptions to the specified jam and similar products to which they relate; prescribe labelling requirements for such products.
