Decree No. 34 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food validating Veterinary and Sanitary Regulation for organizations performing slaughtering and processing of poultry and eggs.

[摘要] This Decree establishes veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations for organizations performing slaughtering and processing of poultry and eggs, storage and trade of poultry products. It shall be applicable to poultry processing enterprises with complete and uncompleted processing cycle. The scope of the Decree shall be sanitary protection of the population and the territory, prevention of outbreak and spreading of animal diseases and food quality control related to poultry products and eggs.
