Adulteration and Sale of Turpentine and Linseed Oil (Consolidated Laws of New York: Agriculture and Markets Law; Article 12; §§ 152 − 156)

[摘要] This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York concerns adulteration and sale of turpentine and linseed oil. The Article bans manufacture or sale of turpentine products, and raw or boiled linseed oil unless they are wholly produced and are pure as per the requirements of the Article. If an item falls short of such requirements, the label should include the word “adulterated” and should also comply with other requirements set forth in the Article.
