Ordinance amending the Ordinance on quality classes of slaughtered animals (beef).

[摘要] An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Ordinance on quality classes of slaughtered animals (beef)(BGBl. No. 195/1994). The amendment concerns, inter alia, the addition of a paragraph 4 to article 6 dealing with hygienic conditions of earmarks. Moreover, paragraph 3 of article 7 is amended. The said paragraph prescribes that every carcass has to bear a clearly impressed stamp.
