[摘要] Chapter I determines certain rules of production and treatment of wine-industry products. Special regard is given to the practice called "blue fining" and to other allowed processing methods and additives which are listed in Annexes 1 and 2. Chapter II regulates sampling methods of wine-industry products. Proceeding for obtaining a certificate of origin are set out in Chapter III.
