Decree No. 834 of 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amending the Decree on organic production and labelling and supervision of organic products.

[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on organic production and labelling and supervision of organic products in article 29 on carrying out of controls of trader's premises as provided for by articles 25 and 28 of the Decree. Those controls shall be carried out principally by inspectors authorized by the Food Safety Agency.
