European Communities (Certain Contaminants in Foodstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 (S.I. No. 329 of 2016).
[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Certain Contaminants in Foodstuffs) Regulations 2010 so as to give further effect to Community legislation on contaminants in food. They also provide for the revocation of the Health (Erucic Acid in Food) Regulations 1978 and the European Communities (Erucic Acid in Food) (Method of Analysis) Regulations 1982.
