Presidential Order No. 12 regulating street vending (stationary and itinerant).

[摘要] The Order sets forth terms and conditions for granting, transferability, withdrawal, and duration of licences for street vending. As far as the number of licences to be granted and the administrative procedures to be followed is concerned, the Order makes reference to Law No. 2323 (article 1). The Order describes the physical form of the document (layout) and establishes the data of the holder to be contained within the license.
