Regional Law No. 152-OZ “On procurement of edible and non-edible non-timber forest products and collection of medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have free access to forests and stay therein and to procure and collect non-timber forest products, except for spruce and other coniferous forest species for New Year celebrations, edible forest resources and medicinal plants in compliance with forest legislation.
