Commission Decision 2003/460/EC on emergency measures regarding hot chilli and hot chilli products.
[摘要] This Decision has been adopted by the Commission within the framework laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 which establishes that the Commission itself is to suspend the placing on the market or use of a food (or feed) that is likely to cause a serious risk to human health. The Decision applies to the hot chilli and hot chilli products referred to in article 1, regardless of their form, destined to human consumption.
