[摘要] This Act empowers the Secretary of the Department, subject to provisions of Part 2, to grant a person a licence, in writing, to export meat from Australia or to export live-stock from Australia. The Secretary must not grant an export licence unless satisfied that conditions set out in section 12 are met by applicants.
