Decree No. 17182 of 2006 establishing the Codex Alimentarius National Committee.

[摘要] The aim of this Decree is to define and approve the international requirements for food. The present Decree is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Codex Alimentarius National Committee. Articles 2 and 3 deal with the composition of the Committee. Article 4 specifies the competencies and duties of the Committee. The Committee shall issue the necessary regulations within 6 months from the date of its establishment (art. 5).
