[摘要] This Decree establishes sanitary, hygienic and epidemiological requirements for bottled potable water and regards also organization of quality control thereof. It is compulsory legal and natural persons carrying out processing, handling and trade of bottled potable water, and also for state sanitary and epidemiological inspection. It shall not be applicable to mineral water. Manufacturing and trade of bottled potable water shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of the following requirem
